Arrive at Calama Airport and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama by coach. Arrive and check in at hotel. In the evening, proceed for moon valley and Death valley tour. One of the most expected moments is the sunset, and the best place to wait for it is the ―Cordillera de la Sal‖ with its valleys, which are called Valle de Marte (Mars Valley) and Valle de la Luna (Moon Valley), both saline and clayed shapes, product of mineralogical folds that occurred hundred of millions years ago, originating little mountains with strange and capricious shapes, that sunset turns them into a moon landscape scene. Celebrate this natural spectacle with cocktail and a wine tasting. Return and overnight at the hotel.
 

Attractions: Salar de Atacama,Chaxa Lagoon,Minique and Miscanti

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Minique and Miscanti, Altiplanics Lagoons, located at 138 kms. from San Pedro de Atacama. On the route, we will see the impressive Licancabur volcano and some native trees such as the tamarugo and the chanar. Aftert 38 km. we arrive at the interesting little Toconao village, well known for its construction in Liparita, a volcanic stone quarried nearby. Close to the quarry is the Jerez valley, a stunning, green contrast to the surrounding desert landscape. We will visit the Salar de Atacama and the Chaxa Lagoon where we will see different birds and flamingoes. Then, we cross the small Socaire village and head to Minique and Miscanti, Altiplanics Lagoons, where we will be able to see and enjoy its beautiful colors and wild surrounding by hills and volcanoes. Time to walk around the lagoons. We will after stop in Socaire villages where will have lunch in a local restaurant. Return to San Pedro around 15:00. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Early morning proceed for full day excursion to Geysers Del Tatio. Enroute enjoy breakfast. Exploration to the highest geothermic area, located at 4.300 mts. above sea level in the Andean Range, Ge ysers of Tatio. The steam columns ascend even 50 meters high, mixed with the fabulous beauty of The Andes, full of color and with much kind of animals, where the most typical is the Vicuna, an American camel adapted to live in extreme geographical and climatic conditions. The geothermic fields have their origins in the magma. The waters from The Andes thaws filtrate between crust cracks going down to deep hot zones, finally water reaches the magma raising as steam and boiling water, forming the steam columns and springs. At the return, nature gives us a spectacular landscape full of mountains and volcanoes over 5.500 mts. above sea level, and also an important bird fauna on the little rivers that flow to the great Salar de Atacama.

After Breakfast transfer to the airport in Calama, to take flight back to Santiago.
