In Lap of Himalaya
Exotic Ladakh Tour with Thrilling Road
Explore picturesque beauty, unique culture, Buddhist monasteries and adventure
Ladakh is a mountainous region and the coldest desert in the world. The nature has rendered a magical, unbelievable and fantastic landscape which is extremely breathtaking. The population of Ladakh is about 2, 60,000 which contain a mixture of many different ethnic groups, predominantly Tibetans, Monpas, Dards and Muslims. In 1979, the Ladakh District was divided into Leh District (mostly occupied by Tibetan Buddhist) and Kargil District (mostly occupied by Shia Muslims).
The Ladakh is known for its extreme deserts, blue waters, freezing winds, glaciers and sand dunes.
Leh - The light of the Himalaya

Leh is one of the two districts of Ladakh. Leh Ladakh are the same because the famous tourist destination is Leh, which is a part of Ladakh province. The leh weather is very cold and harsh during the time of winter season. The best season to enjoy in Leh weather is from the month of June to September.

Ladakh is famous for its picturesque beauty, unique culture, Buddhist monasteries and exciting adventure spots. Apart from monasteries, some of the places to see are Shey Palace Leh, Leh Palace, Hemis Monastery Leh, Sindhu ghat Leh and Stok Palace Museum Leh. Monastic and other religious festivals, many of which fall in winter, provide the excuse for welcoming gatherings.

The Ladakhi language called Bhoti, is a Tibetic language spoken in the Ladakh region of India.
Thukpa is delicious food in the town. Thukpa is basically a noodle soup with steamed veggies, portions of poultry, pork as well as beef.

Leh’s a place that’s all too easy to fall in love with – but take things very easy on arrival as the altitude requires a few days' acclimatisation before you can safely start enjoying the area's gamut of adventure activities.
